Bounty - The Characters
Mirabelle
Plucky and adventurous, Mirabelle has longed for excitement her entire life. Her spirit yearns for the chance to broaden her horizons and leave the boring shores of Turtle Island. On her 18th birthday, she finally finds the opportunity in the form of a beautiful, mysterious music box left to her by her father. With the help of her uncle and friends, she begins a journey that will forever change her destiny.
Gaspar
Silent and dangerous, Gaspar lurks in the shadows, watching and waiting for the opportunity to strike. He wants in on Mirabelle's quest for reasons of his own, and he won't let anything (or anyone) get in his way. Very little is known about Gaspar except for his ruthless determination to stop Mirabelle at all costs.
Robert
Quiet and peaceful, Robert has wanted to be a captain of his own ship for as long as he can remember. He's Mirabelle's best friend, and he would do anything for her because his feelings for her are strong. When she enlists his help in her grand adventure, he's hesitant, but the call of the open sea grows too powerful to resist.
Uncle Sam
Having served long ago under the notorious Captain Black Jack as the ship's carpenter, Uncle Sam knows his way around wood and uses his skill in various ways. He's crafty and eccentric, with a youthful zest for life that defies his age. Uncle Sam helps his long-lost niece Mirabelle in her quest, providing her with all the tools she needs to move forward.
Patrick
Strong and tough, Patrick is a sailor in every sense of the word. With a true appreciation of the sea, he is a dependable, hardworking man. He joins Mirabelle's motley crew as they set sail for adventure, determined to help in any way he can.
Gene
Witty and well-bred, Gene is the gentleman of the crew. Trained in the prestigious Academy, he lends an air of class to the group. He's a shining example of good manners, style, and great fashion sense. He's not all that he seems and despite his elegant appearance, he's full of surprises.
Johan
Having abandoned his dream of working as a chef in Paris, Johan joins the crew as the ship's cook. His specialty is salmagundi, which unfortunately doesn't thrill the others.
Billy
The youngest of all, Billy, is always ready for action! He wants to grow to be a great pirate, like his father was, and is constantly trying to learn the secrets of the trade from those around him.
Additional Characters
A variety of extra characters including but not limited to Mirabelle's mom, an old greengrocer lady, Mercurious the supplier, a sloth bear and a rat!
